Fantastic experience - dropped in randomly on a weekday afternoon and left under 1 hour later (and <$100) with a new tire and tube and adjusted derailleurs and brakes. My new go-to shop!
Really nice people, who don't make you feel silly for your lack of bike knowledge. The staff are always down to help you brainstorm, fix any issue, or simply adjust your bike to your liking. I've had especially great experiences with Chris and also David. Glad to call 2020 my neighborhood shop.
This is a super cool shop with a great owner. He was helpful on multiple occasions and helped restore an old bike. He worked late on a Sunday night and took the extra steps to make sure it worked right.
