The guys who work at 2020 are genuinely so kind and helpful. If I have a question about how to fix something on my bike, they often teach me how to fix it myself! I never feel like I’m asking dumb questions. I’m a big fan of this place.
This shop will not work on e-bikes, and the employee I interacted with was very rude. I brought my bike in because I was having problems with the brakes. I walked in, said hello, and the phone started ringing. The person working answered the phone and spent 10 minutes talking to the person calling about bike repairs. He hung up, looked at me and said "I won't work on e-bikes". Took my bike in for a tune up. Bike was tuned and ready to go the next day. Fair pricing, transparent and even threw on some lightly used parts to help save a little money. My bike feels incredible! Would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for anything bike related
Never thought I would be raving about a bicycle shop in my life, but here I am. Phenomenal customer service. Really knowledgeable people, and just a wholesome community. They kept things super transparent, with zero interest in selling something not needed. I will absolutely be coming back for any biking needs. Thanks ya'll :)
