I broke a clutch cable on my Honda 450 and stop in to see if he had one. He said he has one somewhere in his shop. He spent the next 15 mins looking through his collection of parts amd finally foind it!🙂 He was so cool to take the time to look for it and he saved my weekend and I was able to ride again. Honest, will tell you how it is, and knows what he’s talking about. Won’t tell you something needs done just for his benefit his best interest is in the bike leaving his shop in the best shape possible. Even though he had not worked on my type of forks before he made it happen because he’s knowledgeable and has pro suspension tech experience. Someone who doesn’t just wrench but is a true rider too. Peter is the bomb. Had a blow out by Bridgeport. Called Peter at 6 pm on Monday. Made appt for Tuesday. He got me a tire, tube and saw my pads were worn. Serviced my caliper too. Very reasonable. Got me out in about 2 hours. SAVED MY TRIP. Otherwise would have ended the ride..
After my first ride of a 5 day trip, my clutch starting slipping. Peter met me at his shop 40 minutes after I called him. 20 min later, he had me riding again. He barely wanted anything for the diagnosis and repair. He is the man for motorcycle repairs in Mammoth. Thank you, Peter!!
Needed a flat fixed on a Sunday afternoon. Tubed tire, needed a new tube. Peter had the tube in stock and opened his shop to install it and get me back on the road. His labor rate was very fair. Highly recommended.
