My wife and I weren't pleased with the manicure that our daughter received. It looks sloppy. It would be great if we could have them redone at some point.

Mentioning that I did provide this feedback privately first but did not receive a response. I think this place would be great for little girls to come in and get pampered. It’s low fuss and crafty looking. For me, I found the team to be unprofessional in the way they speak about other teammates (and past teammates) and the place to not be very welcoming.
