The billing lady in the Tacoma office Is highly disrespectful called my phone yelling and then hung up on me. Very unprofessional and highly disrespectful.

its simple you pay the fee and fill out your leave request completly and you are pretty dam lucky cuz you get to sleep in you own bed watch tv. up all night or sleep for day no phone calls no visits just peace.
Personal after hour attention great. Recieved a phone call personally aproving my activitys because i had emailed wrong email at first and the web page was not delivering request properly.
