I was attending the office to fulfill a court-ordered requirement for an ankle monitor. Definitely dont do their breathalyzer program. Their machines are faulty and have major issues. Pretty much everyday both the original machine and the replacement they gave me wouldn't register my tests. 2Watch then sends violations to the court because of the missed tests. I wasted $1200 with 2Watch only to get daily violations thanks to their faulty equipment. Due to the missed test violations I was sent to jail and had to spend $500 to bond out. During my time doing through this agency I Shoshana provides good services and very understanding people like the rest pretty great about answering any concerns or questions! Highly recommend this place if you have time to serve on ehm !
These guys have been great to work with considering the circumstances! I had to go pick up another charger because I accidentally packed mine in the U-Haul truck with all of my belongings. So they waited for me for about 20 minutes after closing time so I could come and get my new charger. It was $50, but they will reimburse me when I bring back the original charger. They are super nice and easy to work with. Very professional and helpful. I have not had any problems with them since working with them.
