Great service. I reached out to schedule an appointment and they walked me through on how to address my problem by myself over the phone. All without coming over and charging me for 10 minutes of work. Thank you!

I thanked Joe from 2 Thumbs for coming over to provide an estimate and to share his wisdom. What I thought I needed vs. other choices, Joe walked me through it. Joe was honest and talked me out of doing anything more with our water heater. I won't be doing this project. But down the road if a new project comes up, Joe will be the first call I make.
Appreciated how quickly Joe was at my house to provide his services. He was efficient and pleasant. Will definitely use again when needed!
