They’ve had access to my quick books since august 2024 But have failed to do my bookkeeping. They’ve had all my receipts and tax records since January. It’s now mid April and my taxes still aren’t done. I just tried to call the office and they told me that I can come pick my stuff up because they’re not gonna be Amending my taxes for me. This is the worst accounting service I’ve ever had in my life.
