The young man who helped my son move was amazing. Professional and friendly. He asked questions and made sure the job was done above and beyond our satisfaction. The gentleman who took the reservation was very accommodating to our needs. Price was spot and we appreciate and will use this business in the future

First of all they are not soldiers. A crew of 3 showed up, loaded up my belongings and followed me to my new apartment. While 2 of them unloaded my belongings and hauled them up 2 flights of stairs to the 3rd floor, the 3rd member loitered around the truck pretending to act busy. This ran my bill to over $1100 for a 8 mile move. Total ripoff. The owner of this company claims to be a Pastor.

They arrived 30 minutes late, and charged for the 30 minutes ,($75.00) which I feel is not right. Then they said they couldn't unload unless you give them some money. And in the end they said pay for another 1 hour of work and it was done in 30 minutes. They should have gave me back some of the money, I paid $150. For an hour of extra work. And they drove off in 30 minutes.($75.00) So was ripped off in the beginning and in the end. Overall I liked the guys, but they need to get the time and money stuation handling corrected.... read more
