I had a very pleasant experience while inquiring about leasing options with this property . Deana (apologies for misspelling) was phenomenal! Very informative, and considerate of my time. The property grounds were well kept, cleanliness of the property overall was satisfactory. For anyone in the market, I would recommend, if it fits your needs.
The ladies LaCaya & D’eana were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the move in process.This has been the smoothest process for my first Apartment ! If you’re looking to move this is the place to come ! Thank you 2 rivers for such a great experience !!
Absolutely Disgusted by the Incompetence and Lies at Two Rivers Apartments. I was quoted THREE different rent prices: $1900, then $1790, and finally $1200 — BY VIRJIMAH OR (VEE) How does that even make sense if I don’t make 3times the rent which is a rule when renting any apartment!! I was strung along by clueless staff who clearly have no idea what they’re doing or just don’t care. First they priced me out, then they finally gave me a rate I actually qualify for — just to tell me oops, no more 3-bedrooms left. Convenient, r... read more
Beautiful property in a great location. I love my apartment and the maintenance team is prompt, amazing, and professional. However the ladies in the office are very rude and unprofessional. They never answer the phone but can call when they need you to do something. They put letters on your door about lease violations that don't even pertain to you and threatens to terminate your lease.
