Dr Robinson is a wonderful doctor. He cares very much about his patients and takes the time to make sure you helps them to his best ability. Can not recommend highly enough
Took forever to get in but I'm glad I waited.. Initial testing appt was great. Dr. Robinson answered my questions and was kind enough to get my history - Before - trying to diagnose me.
I had an appointment on Jan 2nd, when I showed up the receptionist said I did not have an appointment, but she did have my follow up appointment. I made new appointments and when I showed up for my Jan 15th appointment Dr Robinson was not there. I waited 20 minutes then left. They have the nerve to want $100 for missed appointments, so they owe me $200. I am never going back
I had a bad gut feeling about using Dr. Robinson for a loved one from the moment I began to deal with the front office, but the kicker is what the doctor did to us on the day of our appointment. Unfortunately, this is the only neuropsych who accepts Medicaid to my knowledge, and the reason for needing it is due to the neurological issues the patient has! It felt like it was a waste of time to have my son's neuropych evaluation done here. Dr. LpPoint did tell us where my son was according to his tests. However, Dr. LaPoint kept telling us what we are doing wrong as parents and using himself and his kids as examples of what to do instead. He didn't really tell us anything we didn't know. However, we will use some of his recommendations such as family counseling. The end result was I was disappointed.
