This is my second time using this shop, and I really didn’t want to leave a negative review because I think they do quality work at a fair price. However, I feel this situation was a customer service failure. A few weeks ago (around July 20), I called to schedule an appointment because my 2018 Camry had a check engine light and stored a trouble code. Very friendly staff.
Love these guys! A Toyota dealer quoted me $1,018 to replace spark plugs on my Sienna, and 2 Guys and a Shop pointed out this was not necessary, given the mileage of my mini-van. Then, I needed a tail light assembly repaired and replaced, and they did a great job at a VERY reasonable price. A+
