Owner knows how to deal with customers. Whent for an oil change on my diesel pickup. When I got home there was oil drops on my driveway. I immediately when back to confront the mechanic, I was not happy at that time. The owner was very calm lifted my pickup to inspect it. He asked what color was the oil on the drive, I pulled up a photo I took. After one look at the photo he explained that the oil was old oil that was probably caught in the plastic skid plate under the pan and he apologized for not catching it before. What h... read more
