Very friendly customer service and very respectful delivery drivers and the arrangements are worth the price not many flower shops in the area
Ronda provided 5⭐️ customer service on this order for me. I called from FL and she went above and beyond to ensure a beautiful arrangement made it to my friend in Alburgh, VT. She sent me pictures of the flower selection and vases available for me to choose from. I really appreciated her kindness and willingness to provide excellent service.
I own a flower shop in South Florida and we sent an order to this shop on behalf of an elderly customer. He, unfortunately, had all the information wrong which led them to deliver to the wrong location. They were extremely professionally and picked the arrangement up and redelivered it to the correct address and made everyone extremely happy. We are very appreciative and will send them all our orders in the future.
