Worst customer service I have encountered ever. When I plan to spend $80 on a road I expect a little courtesy.
My experience at this store today, after 15 years of dedicated local shopping, has convinced me to buy online. I won't be back and I won't recommend It To friends or family. Worst customer service EVER! And, from the manager to boot!
