Heard about this place from a friend so I tried them out. After coming to this place to take care of my vehicle for a while I’m finally fed up and refuse to come here again. The shop is filled with incompetent front end staff who are all either playing games on their phones or computer, constantly fighting with each other or threatening to quit or fire one another. Very disappointing experience with this truck repair shop. We sent one of our company drivers there after finding the shop online, and based on their advertising, they seemed professional and trustworthy. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. First, it took them an entire day just to provide an estimate. On top of that, the estimate was outrageously overpriced.
