HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. DO NOT SIGN HERE. There is a hidden "tax abatement fee" for about $500 that they tack on to your rent, so the rent stabilization is not really the case. I was a tenant for 3 years and when I tried to argue the rent increase with various cases in the area including lower rents in the actual building, they did not budge but will offer months free to new tenants.
