I have been trying to reach them by phone since July for a referral that my doctor sent some months earlier (I had even forgotten about it). I left several voicemails. No luck. Will ask my doctor to refer me to another clinic.
Dr. Coll-Black is a first-rate surgeon, medical professional, and human being. I absolutely love visiting her. She listens so deeply and truly cares about her patients, she has such a comprehensive approach to care, and there is never a stone left unturned. Horrible wait times, with an appointment you’re looking at a min 1 1/2 hour wait and then another wait time in office to see the Dr. and paying the parking rates are atrocious. I’ve also been treated poorly by reception with attitude and rudeness.
