Lindsay was lovely, best ultrasound tech I’ve seen! She’s super friendly and straight to business! (was scared about coming here due to all the reviews about wait times but I had essentially 0 wait and was out of there before I even anticipated being called in!)
While the doctors and nurses at this clinic have always been kind, knowledgeable, and caring, the administrative side of this practice is incredibly frustrating. Phone calls often go unanswered, messages are not returned in a timely manner (if at all), and getting assistance with even simple questions can feel like an uphill battle. I will be waiting more than one hours,why they give appointments if they are not ready on time?
I have been trying to reach them by phone since July for a referral that my doctor sent some months earlier (I had even forgotten about it). I left several voicemails. No luck. Will ask my doctor to refer me to another clinic.
Dr. Coll-Black is a first-rate surgeon, medical professional, and human being. I absolutely love visiting her. She listens so deeply and truly cares about her patients, she has such a comprehensive approach to care, and there is never a stone left unturned. I love doctors that view situations from every possible angle.
