Horrible wait times, with an appointment you’re looking at a min 1 1/2 hour wait and then another wait time in office to see the Dr. and paying the parking rates are atrocious. I’ve also been treated poorly by reception with attitude and rudeness.

Have been looked after the incredible team of nurses and doctors and care providers at St. Joes for both my pregnancies and I cannot emphasize enough how amazing and positive both experiences have been. I felt well cared for and important the whole way through check ups and through labour and delivery. They listened to my needs and wants and I never felt like I wasn’t being heard or pushed into doing anything I wasn't comfortable with. Had an ultrasound at 35 weeks pregnant, the technician claimed my baby had a small head and that she needed to contact labour and delivery to see if I needed further testing. I get a call the next day from my family Dr stating the ultrasound looked great baby was actually on the bigger side and that she had no right to discuss anything about the ultrasound as she was just a technician. Would not recommend going there for ultrasound imaging highly unprofessional and great way to scare pregnant woman.
