John and his partner (I apologize for not remembering his name) were both attentive and responsive to my circumstances and needs. It was an extremely emotional and tense day for me. I explained my needs to John, he was sensitive and immediately went into action. He and his partner helped to make my move and an already stressful day, much easier. This is my second time using your service. I've been overly impressed each time. I will recommend your service to a co-worker who is moving next month.
