I was appalled at the cost 2 Easy charged me as full costs were not disclosed to me when I made the booking. They also told me, just as they were taking a large item through the door of my apartment, that there would be an extra charge for each heavy item because of the stairs. I have been told by the strata company that I need to pay the damage 2 Easy did to the stair well during the move. They also charged me for the time spent coming back for an item they forgot to pack. Really good service, the managed to arrange a removal for the next day. The removal me Matheus and Paul Victor arrived on time and handled our furniture with care. They didn’t waste any time and I would use the service again!
