My father had Jim Sprague install a liner on his pontoon boat a couple of years ago. The liner looked great at first, but after one season on the water it needed repaired. He went back to Jim to get it fixed and he said that he would do it free of charge. Eventually he did, but he did such a poor job (did not bother moving the benches, etc.) that my father asked for his money back.
