1 star for showing up. That's it. They misdiagnosed a fridge problem without doing any of the appropriate checks, installed a part that didn't fix the problem and told me on the phone the next day, after STANDING IN MY KITCHEN AND WATCHING me vacuum the coilS, that I just needed to vacuum the coils. I paid them $228.38. A reputable repair service correctly diagnosed the problem and ordered the correct parts. $228.38 flushed down the toilet.
