Where can I start? Well I spoke with Ann Murgasen, one of the sisters that owns this place. She assured me she was more than able to accommodate my mother and her needs. My mother moved in. It was a nice house. Unfortunately all of her employees are either relatives or they do not speak enough English to have a conversation. The house constantly ran out of food, they had a resident that pulled a knife on one of the employees and started a small fire. That resident is still with Ann but in a different house. Our family is very thankful that our loved one was at Two Caring hands in Lakeville Mn. Everyone was very nice. 3 showers per week like I asked. All my requests were met. I am an RN with many years of experience. They made it a home setting. Visiting w him often. Making sure all his needs were met. Great job Two Caring Hands. I volunteered to write this great review. Thanks again to the great team work.
Awful experiences all around with this place. Nurses are rude and inexperienced, and the lady that runs these homes is just as bad. She won't return your calls & takes days on texts, thanks Ann! I watched as my mom steadily got worse & worse, then when she finally went to a hospital, she was 100% better!! Turns out the nurses just kept over medicating her to the point she was incompetent; i guess that makes it easier for non caring staff, just let the patient pass out all day. Staff abused our loved one n caused her insomnia. Thankfully 1 was fired but it went on far too long with others not saying anything. Much like getting their own workers & manager's family to write 5star reviews. It's look out for their own type behavior & not fitting for a CARE home!!
