My experience with 2 BY 4 Construction & Remodeling, owned by Amir Anvari, was excellent. Mr. Anvari was professional, knowledgeable, and accessible. All the people with whom he subcontracted did a very good job for my project, were always on time when scheduled to work (with the exception of some unforeseeable circumstances), and left the jobsite in clean and satisfactory conditions. We had tight budget and We had no clue how we can complete the construction with our limited budget. At some point we decided to cancel the project until we get the sufficient fund. I know how hard it is to find a professional builder. 2By4 Construction & Remodeling took on my project from concept through design and build. They exceeded all of my expectations on all parts of the project and were completely transparent through the whole process. There were some unexpected issues on the property, however, Amir and his team were able to give us great advice and still completed the project on time and under budget. 2 By 4 Construction have done two projects. During the proposal stage, their inputs were very valuable. We both knew exactly what the scope of work was. There were no surprises as far as cost went. The met their schedule with high quality of workmanship. I highly recommend them. Babak Khatibloo.
