went in to get diagnosis for grinding noise. mans didn’t even put it on the hoist to check for drivetrain noise, they just jacked up the front wheels and said it’s my ball joint. paid 64$ and drove there for something i could’ve done in my driveway in 10 mins. guys were nice but i have no words lol. if im bringing it experts and telling them the car just had its transfer case done and that the noise goes away at speed, the least i want them to do is hoist the car to get the load off and run it in gear and check where the noi... read more
