Place looks awesome inside, and a lot classier than some of the HD stores I've been to. Had my 24 CVO Road Glide Dyno tuned today. Eric got it dialed in beautifully and I am extremely happy with how it runs. He was very helpful and knowledgeable when we talked about potential future motor upgrades. Gave me a tour of the service facilities and showed me bikes they are currently upgrading. Brought my bike in for a tune. First it wasn’t ready when they said, then they complained about a true dual exhaust and said their tuner operator was having a hard time getting it right. I get the bike back, the tune was worse then when I brought it, set rev limiter wayyy lower than it used to be on the exact same build, and bike was considerably less powerful.
