Recently toured the 2Bayshore apartments and was really impressed with the location. It’s close to downtown without actually being right in the middle of it, which seems like the perfect balance. I like to work out, so being right on Bayshore is huge. It would be awesome to be able to go for long walks or runs along the water whenever. 1000/10 building for staff and LOCATION! I have visited the property so many times and am always blown away by the location and proximity to everything. The apartments themselves are also so spacious and beautiful!!
After an out of state relocation, I’m happy to have landed at 2 Bayshore. The front office staff and maintenance team are both amazing. They are always around the property up keeping everything or remembering my puppies name. It’s a great community to live at if you want to be comfortable and experience a clean and kept environment! Couldn’t recommend a better apartment complex in tampa
Living at 2 Bayshore has been a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, the community is beautiful and well maintained, and the overall living experience has been smooth and comfortable. A special thank you to Ms. Farah for being extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process, and to Ms. Ariana for clearly explaining all the details. Great job and excellent teamwork from the entire team. Highly recommended.
