This is such a beautiful property and the location is perfect. We are huge concert goers and are able to walk to Amalie Arena. The office staff is great to work with and super responsive.
2 Bayshore truly feels more like a luxury condo than a typical apartment community. The finishes, layout, and overall atmosphere give it a high-end, residential vibe that’s hard to find elsewhere. I had to stay with my daughter for several months as the location of this beautiful community is within walking distance of Tampa General Hospital. During my stay I can’t say enough about how well maintained the property was day in and day out and how friendly the entire team was including the maintenance gentlemen. If you are looking to rent in the downtown area this is the place you want to be!
