I was walking around the dealership with a salesman shadowing me, and when I asked for keys to check out the electronics/features of the vehicle, the salesman refused and insured me everything worked. after he saw me deep inspect the vehicle, he proceeded to tell me the dealership was closed and that I would have to come back the next day. terrible service letting us on to lot and shadowing me just to claim they're "closed"
