Best bike and cargo rack system ever!! My friend recommended 1UP to me and I wasn’t disappointed. The bike rack easily and securely holds my Super 73 Hooligan e-bike and I added a cargo tray for my Yeti 45. This gear is SOLID and handles all bumps and grime from northern Minnesota logging roads I traverse. Excellent, high quality, precision manufactured products; I strongly recommend to anyone spending time off-road.
Just fantastic. Rarely is there a company that deserves such praise for their product design, build quality, and customer support. 1UP sets the bar. I recently broke a competitor's rack to finally pull the trigger on a new 1UP. I repeat, just fantastic. I was looking for something very simple to set up and put bike on and off and this is it! However, as a newbie, the instructions were lacking as to how to properly tighten it in the hitch, how to lock and how to tighten bikes up. But otherwise I’m super happy with my purchase!
as a former Thule bike rack customer of 20+ years I asked all the cyclists I know what bike rack to buy next; only answer 1UP - super fast shipping. very well built, doesn't rock and the black finish is great! tons of options / accessories - I called prior to ordering to get recommendations - talked with a human !
