It’s just OK…. I purchased the heavy duty (single bike) model. While this rack is very stable, it’s pretty heavy and not an easy on/off from the vehicle. Installation wasn’t ideal, levers and handles were so stiff, had to loosen bolts and jiggle a lot to get it to work. The ‘tilt down’ is not very functional. Takes 2 hands and tends to hang up on one side (you practically have to crawl under it). The EZ pull handle they sell doesn’t appear to work on a single bike configuration, only 2 or more. The team resolved my issue with the Bolt guard and returned it un-assembled, Erich was very helpful. I mounted on the rack and will use it this week. Thanks much for your help Steven Takaki
