I had a shattered iphone screen. Took it in, had no wait (Sunday), and my phone was repaired in less than 10 minutes. Excellent! And the kids were entertained by their 2 old school arcade games
Technicians were rude and dismissive. There was a lapse in communication after we had already brought in our Xbox for repairs at the same location for a 2nd round, and when I called to ask about information on the warranty and clarity on the situation the technician's answers were rude and seemed as if he didnt care at all.
Can not recommend this place enough! Paul was super helpful and solved my problem right away!!
Very unprofessional; never mentioned the lag of the replacement they use. Called it refresh or regenerate as you scroll it’s very choppy. Rude when they replaced the screen saying there is nothing they can do about it! How about you mention before purchase or product and services; I WOULD HAVE GONE WITH WARRANTY EXCHANGE PROGRAM THEU INSURANCE. Garbage service in my opinion; just to make the sale!
