Taylor manages this store, and I wanted to really compliment this guy. I took my phone into the 1Up at 2620 S. Lamar, Ste. C earlier today looking for a battery replacement for an older iphone 11 Pro. As it turned out it also needed a new screen due to battery swelling. This cost a bit more but was a reasonable cost. Taylor said he tried his best not to have to replace the screen, but that it needed it; I trusted what he was saying because he was so straightforward about it. I had such a great experience with Paul! I came in with a control board that needed to be resoldered. He explained the repair process and did the repair. The joints he soldered were brand new looking again. I could tell he had a lot of experience. I’m definitely coming back to Paul for any electronics repair and would recommend anyone to talk to Paul.
