Took my phone in to get my screen fixed on the phone guy saying 120 + tax when I pull up he saying 150+ tax not even a week cracks popping up out no where and can't even take a picture of myself without there being a weird light inside my front camera dont go to this place it's a rip off and trash work
Made an appointment online for the central location on their website only to find out the next day through google maps that that location is permanently closed. So I drove to the south Lamar location at 12:30 during their business hours and no one was there / door was locked.
I had a shattered iphone screen. Took it in, had no wait (Sunday), and my phone was repaired in less than 10 minutes. Excellent! And the kids were entertained by their 2 old school arcade games
Technicians were rude and dismissive. There was a lapse in communication after we had already brought in our Xbox for repairs at the same location for a 2nd round, and when I called to ask about information on the warranty and clarity on the situation the technician's answers were rude and seemed as if he didnt care at all.
Can not recommend this place enough! Paul was super helpful and solved my problem right away!!
