Taylor manages this store, and I wanted to really compliment this guy. I took my phone into the 1Up at 2620 S. Lamar, Ste. C earlier today looking for a battery replacement for an older iphone 11 Pro. As it turned out it also needed a new screen due to battery swelling. This cost a bit more but was a reasonable cost. I had such a great experience with Paul! I came in with a control board that needed to be resoldered. He explained the repair process and did the repair. The joints he soldered were brand new looking again. I could tell he had a lot of experience. I’m definitely coming back to Paul for any electronics repair and would recommend anyone to talk to Paul.
DO NOT go here! They will repair your phone with cheaply bought products, causing your phone to break easily again so that you come back. They prey on this vicious cycle for their business.
I went to get my ps5 hdmi port repaired/replaced . Very helpful over the phone and in person . I believe the part was replaced because I called about picking up and was told it’s being soldered . Issue wasn’t fixed whatsoever . It took some waiting at a blue screen , then wiggling wire around to show picture for a split second . Still doesn’t work .
