Brilliant experience buying a car from Matthew and Fraser. They were patient with us when we had some issues purchasing our car, sorted out a 12 month MOT for us and fixed our air conditioning. Excellent communication and customer service from them both. Very friendly, polite and lovely refreshments offered, especially a complimentary box of chocolates on each visit! Would 100% recommended to others for buying a car.
We saw the car online before contacting 1up Automitive to find out more, we decided to go and see the car and were pleased to see the car matched the good condition shown in the pictures. Once we arrived we were met by Fraser who gave us the keys then left us alone to give the car a good look over before going back and having a test drive which he let myself and granddaughter fo alone. I saw a citroen Picasso on auto trader and emailed 1up automotive and I had a reply straight away and then a phone call booking my test drive. On arrival Matthew was waiting for us and straight away offered us refreshments etc. I had some issues with my finance company but Matthew and Fraser bent over backwards to make things work for us. Amazing and first class service from Frasier and Matt, from start to finish they were honest, friendly and helpful. I part Ex changed my vehicle and there was no haggling from them as they accepted the price I requested straight away. I went on to purchase one of their vehicle and everything was done in a very professional manner. I drove away with a 12 month MOT and a sparking clean car, I am in love with it. Highly recommend these lads and should I ever need another car, I will be back :)
I saw directed to this company through my insurance people following an RTC where my car was written off. They had exactly what I wanted and at a very good price. Matthew was a brilliant guy who couldn’t do enough for me. The car was delivered down to me in Bristol from their place and it is all I could want. It’s another Dacia which I love and so it has taken no getting used to but I couldn’t be more pleased with the car and the service I received. Thanks Matthew.
