Too much to list what's wrong with this place. I might be biased as I have higher expectations, I've seen a lot better here back in 2014. I guess, once the new owner removed the cross from this historical building, the holy spirit left this place. And let me tell you, they have many vacancies during the school season, and there is a reason for that. 1. Very bad service. They gave me a room that wasn't shown during the visit—super small, without sunlight, and with constant noise from a machine—despite paying the same amount as the other tenants. Communication with the administration was difficult; they were almost never in the office, didn’t resolve many issues, and didn’t care about tenant security.

i lived here my first year at the UofA. let me first say the place itself is terrible. we paid 2400 among three people to rent a place with no ac, no ovens, the internet that comes with it is terrible, and no fan in the bathroom. the place itself is also really small. the management isn’t the best either. when we first moved in the place wasn’t even cleaned properly. but i will say you’re paying for the location. campus is just a couple blocks down and whyte ave was an interesting street to live on. nice that theirs resultan... read more

1Ten on Whyte is perfect if you're going to school at U of A. Walking distance from the university, fully furnished, and all inclusive. The building is also in a great location with lots to do around, and a grocery store a few minutes walk away. Transit options are also available which is very convenient.
