1Star-Networks provided same day professional -service. Ask for Troy the technician if you need any repairs done to your security cameras. He was very polite and patient with trying to fix the problem. He explained what the possible issues may be and what steps he’ll take to try and fix them. He went above and beyond to fix the issue and it was a success. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family in search of this service.
They shipped an Extender version not compatible with 4k. I specifically ordered the model for 4k. Then they told me I will get a refund and send back the unit. She told me I would also get refunded for the shipment. After 2 weeks waiting to get refunded my shipping cost was not refunded. I don’t have the energy and lost out in $20. They are very overpriced as well Stay away
