We have banked at 1st Trust Bank for over 15 years. Our previous bank charged fees for everything and gave very little to no interest. 1st Trust has free checking (with minimum balance - You must watch your balance), and they give you interest on your free checking! They have always been kind and helpful. They are a great local bank!
DO NOT bank with them. They will overdraft you quicker than anything. When you deposit CASH into your account through the ATM, it’s suppose to be available immediately. I’ve never had any issue until here lately. They’ve overdrafted me twice and lied to me so as soon as I get the chance I’m switching banks. These people are similar to Whitaker Bank. Another rip off bank.
My husband and I have been banking with them for 4 years and they have always been so kind. We have never had any issues with 1st Trust Bank! We have the best tellers! Thank you all so much!
