I brought my Audi q3 in for timing chain failure and coolant leaks and several issues. They fixed all issues and gave me videos and pictures of the issue so I could clearly understand what the problems were. I picked my car up with no check engine lights no issues so far. I was so impressed with the techs that fixed my car. Living south of Houston I couldn't find mechanics to work on Audi. I am so grateful to have found 1st stop autohaus. I will definitely recommend them! You and staff did an amazing job. Thank you so much

I broke an alignment pin on one of the intake manifold partitions when I removed the intake manifold on my wife's Q3. I called both Audi and VW dealerships and the closest ones available were in Waco. On a whim I called 1st Stop AutoHaus and although they didn't have the part in stock, they offered to order it for me and it was delivered to their shop less than 3 hours later which they sold to me at a very reasonable price. They saved the day! Thanks!
