Always great service from these guys!
I’ll start by saying that Luis is up front and honest. The techs on the other hand I would say questionable. I was initially very happy with the service. They were straight forward with me about the issues and made honest recommendations. I had A LOT of work done on my car. Upon getting it back for the last time after them have it pretty much for 5 months and replacing the entire motor and transmission, the car started smoking bad, within 100 miles of bringing it home which I’ve only drove 250. Honest mechanics charging reasonable prices. Brought my VW with AC problems and they were done the next day. We received pictures and an accurate invoice. They did not try to up charge me at all. Will be bringing my car back whenever my VW has issues again (I know it will). Trust them more than the dealership.
I wish I would have found them sooner. Had other shops try to work on this VW and they all did poor work. I found this place and have had a wonderful experience. Everyone from the people in the front office to the technicians in the back are extremely experienced with VW and got my car fixed up quickly and at a fair price. I will be taking all of my VW and Audi vehicles here from now on
Great one stop shop for German car needs.. the attention to detail and customer service are unmatched. The service is fast, and they take good care of your car. I recommend this place to all of my friends with European cars.
