I broke an alignment pin on one of the intake manifold partitions when I removed the intake manifold on my wife's Q3. I called both Audi and VW dealerships and the closest ones available were in Waco. On a whim I called 1st Stop AutoHaus and although they didn't have the part in stock, they offered to order it for me and it was delivered to their shop less than 3 hours later which they sold to me at a very reasonable price. They saved the day! Thanks!
Do not recommend, I was the one paying for a remote PPI and I was not treated as the client, I didn’t get the reports first, and they attempted to extort me for more money to find the problem. Not only that the information I did receive was not accurate and many things should have been noticed that they missed, so my only conclusion is that they don’t care or didn’t actual do a real PPI. Don’t let them touch your car, it’s not worth your time or energy.
Great pricing and service for full brake job on our newer Audi. Definitely coming back for any other maintenance or issues.

I’ll start by saying that Luis is up front and honest. The techs on the other hand I would say questionable. I was initially very happy with the service. They were straight forward with me about the issues and made honest recommendations. I had A LOT of work done on my car. Upon getting it back for the last time after them have it pretty much for 5 months and replacing the entire motor and transmission, the car started smoking bad, within 100 miles of bringing it home which I’ve only drove 250.
