From my experiences and observations, they have great stock ++ on the floor and an upstairs full of gear, a well organized shop, the staff are approachable, friendly and ask the questions that are needed to zero in on the right parts…
They Sold my 73yo father the wrong part, they didn't even ask to make sure it was the correct part. Once we go to install the part it's the wrong one and cracked the engine block. Very poor customer service and phone etiquette, they spoke to us in a condescending tone and tried to blame poor employee training on the wrong part being ordered. Even a online parts store recognized the part was incorrect for our vehicle, now that's insulating and embarrassing to a in-person parts store.
Poor customer service through phone , also the parts guy , he has no phone etiquette.He will put you on hold and remain on silent at least 5 minutes.
