First Step BH helped me get back on track when I felt completely lost. The support here feels genuine, not forced. You can tell they care.
Super grateful for this place. The environment is calm, the people are kind, and you can really focus on getting better without distractions.
Amazing facility that truly cares about individualized treatment!
This place is very unprofessional. Out of all the staff there was only three that seemed to care. They kicked me out for wanting my medication. To help prevent a stroke due to my Brian bleed. A male nurse let me know with no hesitation that they do not sterilize medical equipment. Another nurse handled medication with bare dirty hands, they flew me to their facility then put me out, they didn’t care how I was going to get home.
