Coach Anthony is an amazing coach. Going there for months now. Great experience. Amazing workout. And everyone I meet and met always greets me and is so supportive. When I’m here, I never want to leave. Learning boxing here was the best decision I ever made. I’ll always remember my time here. If you’re thinking about calling or joining. Do it. You will not regret it. You will love it. Family friendly too!
Great place to get your children trained or yourself. Reliable, great communication. Staff is AWESOME!!! I will always recommend this spot for anyone who wants to train in boxing or just doing something they like…. My boys love it. Kids box Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5pm to 6pm
Love this place. Great kids program. Very inexpensive and so worth it. The self-confidence and respect for himself and others my 11 year old grandson learns at the gym is invaluable. Mr. James is a wonderful trainer!
Amazing gym for my family and I. Group classes are very proactive, positive coaching, and most of all Understand every person is different and coaches him differently to what the student needs. I also have women’s class on Saturday that way if I wanna just do women’s class with other ladies, I’m hanging around other individuals who had the same mindset as mine that are females.
