We were happy with services provided by 1st state. The initial install of ductwork on our historic home that never had ac was well done. And when we needed a repair, John honored the warranty in a very timely manner, and during a heat wave which gave us much gratitude. Chandler who did the service was professional, knowledgeable and patient. We would definitely recommend them in the future.
