DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! They are liars and do not explain their return policy. I bought a heating element from them for my oven, but before I paid for it I made sure to ask if it was the wrong type or didnt fix the problem could I bring it back, the guy said yes. Well, of course it didnt fix the problem and when I tried to take it back 1 hour later after I bought it, they refused because they now considered it a "USED" part. Rip off artists and cheats!
I had a Great Experience.The staff is friendly and informative. I had parts shipped from San Antonio to Upstate NY without a hitch. Came the next morning. They were very helpful and the parts were an exact match. The Store manager was great... I think his name is Skip. This guy is a true professional.

I order parts for my washer and they said it would be 5-7 days. When we didnt recieve them they told me that one of the items was on back order and that they should recieve it on Jan 2nd and that they would ship it out the next day. That we should recieve it on the 3rd or 4th. I called again just to make sure we were stil going to get it and the lady was really rude. She told me who ever told me that they would get it on the 2nd and ship it out that day lied to me. She said they would get it about Jan 10th and it would then ... read more
