They are probably going to have the part that Lowe's and Home Depot don't carry in store. You will pay a premium but an extra 10-20% is probably worth paying if you need a dishwasher sprayer arm the day before you have 30 people at your house.
I have never had to work so hard to get parts You have to order parts ahead of time here - you can't walk in. But there is no way to order on the web without an account so I called. Over 10 minutes before someone picked up at the call center. I tried to open an account to get wholesale pricing, but that takes a few days. Ordered my part, paid full retail and went to pick it up.
