I came in today looking for an igniter replacement for my furnace that stopped working. The lady that helped me was super nice and was able to find me the exact kit that I needed. I did not get her name but I am forever grateful for her because I now have heat!!! Thank you

Let's keep adding to the rest of the other comments of being rude. Super rude at the counter with no customer service at all. Not to mention the sky high prices. I'll order directly from GE.

Lady at the Parts counter was Rude and Sarcastic. Had the parts number from Panasonic. she said it not the part number asked for Model Number of Panasonic Microwave. Gave her the model number. She said that's not the model number. I went on their web site pulled up both Model and Part number showed her. She said "Well it's not on my computer. Order it from there!" She is not a Happy Person. Needs to find a new job not in customer Service.

I went there to get a simple bulb for my over the counter microwave and was told I needed a model number the girl behind the counter didn’t even try to look. I went next door to Home Depot and found them in 10 seconds. I would have bought 2 from your company they probably would have cost more but I would rather give small business the money. Too bad.
