A cd of mine had matured and I wanted to cash it out. I spoke to a gentleman on the phone and he answered my questions and said he would have paperwork for me to sign and I made plans to stop at the bank the next day. He wasn’t in when I got there the next day but a teller was quick to contact him and get the needed papers. I was done and leaving in about 20 mins. I regret opening a business bank account with 1st source. Over a week later and I do not have access to online banking. Customer service tells me to go to my branch and the branch tells me to call customer service. This was a waste of my time.
