I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere. Unfortunately, my experience with this bank has been pretty disappointing. Here’s why: First, I made a cash deposit that never showed up in my account. I had to go back to the branch a second time just to prove I’d actually deposited the money. Second, when I tried to start the mortgage process, I had several questions and sent follow-up emails that went completely unanswered. The customer service felt really poor. We met with Harrison who welcomed us to our new town and gave us recommendations for restaurants, a town map and a book of local businesses. He took the time to get to know us and recommended additional services that the bank provides based on our needs. Harrison is very responsive with answering calls and returning them.
