Everyone there was amazing in helping me through the process of a fraud on my bank account, especially Chasity Jones!!! Zane was also very helpful, but Chasity Jones went above and beyond her duties. I've never had anyone help me the way she did!!! You should be very proud and thankful you have her on your team!!! She's amazing!!!
Zane did an excellent job waiting on me. He introduced himself to me. Very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I enjoyed my short visit. I stopped to see Chasity on my way out and wish her a Merry Christmas. She has been awesome to work with and has always gone above and beyond in helping me with the online technical parts of the banking process. The tellers and manager are friendly and helpful. The Dupont Oaks branch is conveniently located close to grocery shopping so making a quick in and out very easy!
