Was first told my machine had no tension, didn't have time to look at new machines so went back the next day and was told the feed dogs were shot and I would need a new machine. After 2 weeks of trying to decide I took my machine home and thought I would look at it myself. Turned out to be a loose screw. My machine works perfect! Was nothing wrong with my machine he just wanted to make money off me and resell the machine I bought from him 2 years ago. He's just out to make a quick buck. They are always so kind and helpful. And they have a good selection for machines too look at and try.
Sells several brands of sewing machines and longarms at the Southtown store. No external sign. They are off an interior hallway, but worth tracking down. Very knowledgable salespeople and longarm educator.
