Amazed at all of the positive reviews. Perhaps our issue stems from the fact that we're trying to close electronically but it has been one problem after another. Poor attention to detail, poor responsiveness, and their closing software has been an absolute joke. To their credit, they are overnighting the paperwork and sending a notary to our home, Cassie was friendly and tried to be helpful when she was in the office, but otherwise this would be a 1 star review. Beware if planning to close remotely/electronically.
