I had a refrigerator water leak that flooded the ceiling in my basement. After repairing the leak, 1st Response came out and gave me an extremely reasonable quote. Within 2 weeks, they dried and repaired my house completely. The staff, Dimitri, mgr and Jake, finisher were great. All their staff was professional and expedient. They kept me informed every step of the process. Always available. No surprises. They matched my ceiling texture perfectly and clean up was wonderful. See photos. I would highly recommend them!

Any disaster big or small First Response Restoration in Blackfoot Idaho will get the job done. I called several places which were out of town and not able to help me out with my situation. In luck found Stephen with first response Restoration. In delighted that he is the owner & operator with 20 + years experience made it not only a comfort but, lives in my community and understood completely what needed be done with confidence at a competitive price you can't beat. Wouldn’t have asked for a better experience, called them at just after 8:30 a.m with a plumbing issue Steven was out here and done by 9:45 am. Fixed the problem and stress I was having this morning! Thank you guys so much! Definitely know who our future go to guy is.
