Absolutely wonderful! I had a telehealth appointment last week for a sinus infection. The nurse I spoke with was the sweetest, and got me the antibiotics I needed. I ended up with an allergic reaction to the medication on a Friday night so I reached out via email and had a call from the doctor first thing on a Saturday morning to get a different medication prescribed. Horrible experience I expected something better than what i normally recieve from doctors due to the 4.9 google reviews. Somehow it was worse. I arrived at 1pm The doctor looked at my throat with her microscope for all of 2 seconds claiming she couldnt see what i saw with my bare eyes. I can’t say enough good things about the First Responders Clinic in Conroe! From the very first visit, their professionalism and care really stood out. When something came up, we were directed to our primary care doctor, who then referred us to a specialist that turned out to be very costly.
