We were looking for a bathroom remodeler to upgrade two bathrooms in my parents’ home for ADA accessibility, and had a great experience. Luke and his team did quality work, used quality materials, and made the entire process much easier for our family. They also took the lead on the paperwork and worked directly with the VA, which was a huge help. Great communication, a great team, and most importantly, my parents will now have two bathrooms that are safer and more accessible for them. Highly recommend!
My experience with 1st Rate was the complete opposite of contractor horror stories. Luke was very prompt, fair in pricing, didn’t demand money up front, and I was shocked not only by how quickly they started our project from when I called but also how quickly it was completed. Luke was always quick to respond to me and did a very thorough job. I will be calling them for future projects.
