I hired Luke at 1st Rate Remodeling for a full duplex remodel and I’m glad I went with him. It was a pretty big project (bathrooms, kitchens, additions, windows, even foundation work), and he kept everything moving and organized the whole time. He communicated well and stayed on top of the details, which made a big difference. The crew did solid work and the turnaround was faster than I expected. Overall I’m really happy with how it came out and would use him again.
I’m a veteran and recently had my old tub converted into a walk-in shower by 1st Rate Remodeling. The difference is night and day. Before, stepping over the tub was getting harder and honestly unsafe. Now I can walk right in with no issues.
