We were ready to refresh our kitchen and wanted something with a bit of design flair but at a good price. A neighbor referred us to 1st Rate and they ended up giving us the most reasonable bid for the kitchen we envisioned. They initially said they could start in 3 weeks and that it would take 2 weeks to complete. However, due to rain and an issue with materials there was a week's delay. Uggh. These fireplaces in some of these houses. When I bought my first house, the fireplace was in an awkward corner and such an eyesore in my new house. As you can see, Sammy and Luke turned it into a focal point in my new house. But with the update, using the existing firebox, adding new floors and baseboards, fresh paint, and recessed lighting, it's a completely different space. I can't wait to move into my re-newed living room!

1st Rate was referred to us. We liked their proposed budget and ideas for our kitchen remodel. We couldn't be happier with the results. We turned our dull brown kitchen into a statement. Loving our primary bathroom update! The shower was expanded to give us more space. Installed new tile flooring, and adding modern fixtures and plumbing. The old built-in tub was replaced with a more ascetic free-standing tub for a open and airy feel. Luke and Sammy had some ideas on how to update our bathroom without blowing our budget. I had a few ideas from pinterest and friends and they helped finalize the details. We plan on using them for our laundry room next.
