My experience with 1st rate Mortgage was outstanding. It was simple e quick and easy. If you are looking to refi the rates were lower than the big companies out there. I would definitely recommend Joe at 1st Rate Mortgage. I did everything online except for the closing. Even that was easy since there are 5 or 6 closing offices available around the metro Atlanta area to pick from.
My Agent (Shekhar Thadiparti) recommended Joseph Adsit for my loan application last year (May 2017) for my first home purchase. And without hesitation and second thought, I can say he is very professional & well-informed mortgage market and explained everything in detailed and pros & cons for every option. Very professional and no surprises and all the paperwork has been timely. Interest rate and closing cost were very competitive. I highly recommend their service.
