We've been exclusively using 1st Rate General Construction LLC for over a decade now. Choosing 1st Rate was the best decision I made when trying to fix my bathroom. Other places wanted more money to do half the job. Joe was able to do the exact job I wanted and keep me in budget. His team is very knowledgeable and moves quick. I just sat in my chair and let them work. I will definitely come back to 1st Rate for any future projects!

We’ve known Joe for years, and he has always been responsive, reliable, and easy to work with whenever we’ve needed plumbing help. More recently, Joe and his team completed our pantry remodel, removing the pantry and replacing it with a beautiful cabinet and countertop space. We’re thrilled with the result. Joe is honest, friendly, and communicates clearly throughout the process. He’s done a lot of work in our neighborhood and around town, which really speaks to the trust he’s built locally. Joe and his team do great work.

Earlier this year we had Joe do some plumbing improvements to our house. We were so impressed with his work and attention to detail that we decided to talk to him about some renovation work.
