1st Rate answered the phone when I called on a Friday afternoon and came out on Saturday morning at 8:45am. The repair tech was knowledgeable and very professional. He installed my new garage door spring in less than 40 minutes and recalibrated my garage door opener. I highly recommend them!

These guys said they would be out at a certain time, then they kept changing the time and tried to reschedule. We told them no we couldn't reschedule cause this was the only free time we had to do it. Then they charged us about 1400 to replace a few parts because they broke. We have only had the garage door for like 4 years and things are already breaking on it. Our last garage door we had lasted for 10 years with no issues. Had a great experience. We got four other quotes from other companies. 1st rate was the only company that was lower and called us back to follow up. Their customer service was great. The installation was very easy and the tech was very friendly.
