Had a great experience. We got four other quotes from other companies. 1st rate was the only company that was lower and called us back to follow up. Their customer service was great. The installation was very easy and the tech was very friendly.

Rip off and terrible customer service. I had the garage door springs replaced by them and thought the price was high but was in a bind to get the door open and then discovered that they charged me twice the going rate when I checked with 4 other garage door companies. When I requested a price verification there customer service was terrible and would not return my call until I called them 5 times. Avoid at all costs.
