Rip off and terrible customer service. I had the garage door springs replaced by them and thought the price was high but was in a bind to get the door open and then discovered that they charged me twice the going rate when I checked with 4 other garage door companies. When I requested a price verification there customer service was terrible and would not return my call until I called them 5 times. Avoid at all costs.
5 stars for coming out in the same day. The knowledge of the technician is exceptional and fixed the issue immediately.
